When buying and renewing domains

We have a very strict policy when you buy or renew a domain that refunds can not be made, you are asked to check that your basket is correct before you complete your order.

From time to time you will need to refund your customers

We are not able to refund the payment service fees that are incurred on payments.

On most occasions we are able to refund the 1% fee that we charge, if we suspect fraudulent behaviour we maintain the right to withhold the 1% fee.
